The Starke County Council members learned last week that Rebecca Ferch recently submitted her resignation from the Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals (PTABOA).
Ferch as served as a member of the board for several years.
The council members are now seeking any interested candidates in Starke County to fill that position. A letter may be sent to the Starke County Council, c/o Starke County Auditor Rachel Oestrreich at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
