Eastern Pulaski Schools Ready for Start of School Year

Eastern Pulaski students return to class tomorrow. Interim Superintendent Dr. Gib Crimmins told the school board Monday that school officials are busy with final preparations.

“I think they are in pretty good shape,” he said. “I think the buildings are in excellent shape. When people walk in here, you may just take everything for granted, but it isn’t always this way in a lot of places. There’s always room for improvement, I understand that, but this looks like a new building and not a run-down building, and that’s a complement to the folks taking care of that.”

As for one of the other facilities, Crimmins said the football scoreboard is set up and ready to go. It was recently upgraded, following some storm damage this past spring.
