NJ Town Council Approves Purchase Order to Outfit New Police Vehicle

North Judson Town Council members considered cost estimates related to prepping their new police vehicle for action when members met for their first meeting of the year.

As a reminder, since officials budgeted for a new police vehicle this year, the Council permitted Town Marshal Kelly Fisher to order a 2020 Dodge Durango for the department back in November.

When they met last Monday, they took a look at quotes for outfitting the new SUV with lights and equipment. According to Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe, they settled on the vendor Cops Gear, who submitted a cost of about $7,585.

The council approved the purchase order that was presented.
