Former Pulaski County Health Officer Dr. Rex Allman was recently awarded with the State Health Commissioner Award for his support and advancing public health during his many years working with the Pulaski County Health Department.
The award recognizes outstanding acts or accomplishments in the field of public health, outstanding contribution to the health of the public of Indiana, and distinguished service in public health and honors those who have provided long dedicated years of service.
