OD Plans Participation in Statewide Development Network
The Oregon-Davis School Corporation is looking to provide instructional technology training to its staff.
Daniel Bundridge, a District Director of Improvement for the Indiana Department of Education, presented information to the OD school board, Monday night. It was learned that the school corporation has been invited to participate in a state development network with six other school corporations, providing training throughout the 2016/17 academic year.
Culver Begins Process for Voluntary Annexation
The Town of Culver is preparing to annex several acres of land following a voluntary petition filed by the landowner.
Annexation was considered during Tuesday night’s Town Council meeting where the 13 acres is concerned. The land is situated in the 500 block of West Jefferson Street in Culver. The town now has a lengthy process to undergo prior to finalization.
