Funeral services for Bobby Owens, 71, of Grovertown are Thursday, February 18 at 2 p.m. CST at the Rannells Funeral Home Hamlet Chapel, with visitation there from noon until the time of the service. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Hamlet American Legion.
