Funeral services for Carl Cotner Williams, 93, of Winamac, are Monday, March 22 at 11 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac with visitation there Sunday, March 21 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET. The VFW and American Legion will conduct military graveside services. Memorials may be given to Hoots to Howls Wildlife Rehabilitation.
