Charlotte A. Austin, 79, of Monon, IN passed away Monday, February 4, 2013. Private funeral services will be held at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a local Humane Society.
