Private family services for Connie Sue Loehmer, 56, of Monterey, will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to Hoots to Howls Wildlife Rehabilitation in Star City or to any local organization in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
