Funeral services for 93-year-old Elmer White, Jr. of Francesville (a longtime resident of rural Winamac) will be Monday, Sept. 16 at noon ET at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville with visitation there from 10 a.m. ET until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkview Haven Retirement Home.
