Eva Ida Waters, 83, of Kewanna (Lake Bruce), Indiana passed away Friday, February 22, 2013. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary with visitation one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption Education Center in Rochester or to the family.
