Helen M. Stigall, 91, of Winamac, passed away at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Oak Grove Christian Retirement Village in DeMotte. Funeral services are Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. ET until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Oak Grove Christian Retirement Village.
