Seventy-six-year-old James “Jim” E. Conn of Kokomo passed away Jan. 31. Funeral services will at Monday, Feb. 4 at 1 p.m. at Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Homes in Royal Center with visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3 and one hour prior to services on Monday at the funeral home.
