Funeral services for Jeffrey R. “Jeff” Weyer, 41, of Valparaiso, are Sunday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. EST at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there Saturday, February 27 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 28 from noon until the time of the service. Memorials may be given to First Federal Bank in Winamac, where an account will be established for his children.
