Funeral services for 87-year-old Marcelino “Mark” Salinas, of Winamac, will be Thursday, Feb. 21 at noon ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac with visitation there from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski Animal Center to honor Mark’s love of adopting and caring for animals.
