Funeral services for Phyllis Fugate, 82, of Winamac are Tuesday, December 22nd at 2:00 p.m. EST at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. EST until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the United Methodist Youth Group.
