Sandra M. Owens, age 70, of Knox, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
Sandra was born in Lackey, Kentucky on May 7, 1949 to Melvin Francis and Lula Craft Francis. She is survived by her sons, Dennis Owens of Santa Fe, Tennessee and Kenneth Owens of Peru, Indiana, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will take place at 12 noon, Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at the Knox Community Center, with visitation one hour prior to services. M.C. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
