Vickie A. (Branson) Bruce, 55, of Star City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, March 18th, 2012. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 21st, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. ET at the First United Methodist Church in Winamac, Indiana. Visitation is Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET at the church. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Harrison Metzger and Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel.
