William M. “Bill” Wagner, 55,of Knox, Indiana passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at Old Middleton Cemetery in Harlan, Kentucky. Visitation will be Sunday, August 19th, 2012 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at M.C. Smith Funeral Home in Knox.
