07/23/18 A North Judson man told police that someone broke into his garage.

07/23/18 A Knox resident asked to speak to an officer to file a complain on cars traveling too fast on 350 E. in Knox.

07/23/18 A Knox man reported damage done to his property on 450 E.

07/23/18 A Knox resident filed a complaint that her neighbor’s dog was on her property.

07/23/18 A Knox woman reported her car stolen.

07/23/18 A Knox man reported the theft of a stump grinder.

07/23/18 A North Judson resident told police that several items were stolen from a burglary at the home.

07/24/18 A Walkerton resident reported the theft of a mailbox.

07/24/18 A Knox resident reported the theft of diesel fuel.

07/26/18 Employees at a local gas station reported that a green truck was parked at a gas pump for about an hour.

07/26/18 Starke County Highway Department personnel told police that a company is going around the Bass Lake area trying to sell extra hot mix asphalt to residents saying that it is extra product from working on county roads. Police were advised that the company is not with the highway garage.

07/26/18 A Knox resident told police that the same dog that bit him last week chased after him again. The man was riding his bike in both incidents.

07/26/18 A Knox resident told police that the same person stole her car again. The car was later towed. The owner said items were taken from the car during the incident.

07/26/18 Hamlet Fire Department personnel and police responded to a traffic accident at 400 N. and 500 E.

07/26/18 A San Pierre resident reported the theft of his truck.

07/27/18 A two-vehicle accident was reported on U.S. 35 and 500 E. in Hamlet.

07/27/18 A resident asked to speak to police after finding a blanket and a bone in a ditch while fishing. He is unsure if it is human or not.

07/28/18 A caller reported a man in his underwear yelling in the area of Lake and Shield Streets in Knox.

07/28/18 Emergency responders were called to an accident on State Road 10 and U Road.

07/29/18 Aresident reported damage to a mailbox and yard by a vehicle at a home on 550 S. in Knox.

07/29/18 An officer was notified that a driver in a blue vehicle was “tearing up” State Road 23 between Dollar General and the Marathon station at Koontz Lake.

07/24/18 Alexander Chambers, 29, of Knox, arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

07/24/18 Thomas Holloway, 19, of Plymouth, hold for Starke County Court Services.

07/26/18 Matthew Howard, 20, of Knox, hold for Porter County.

07/26/19 Jasmyn Kotras, 23, of Knox, arrested on a violation of pre-trial release.

07/27/18 Donald Gilbert, 41, of San Pierre, arrested on preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon against judge, baliff, prosecuting attorney, battery, resisting law enforcement.

07/28/18 Nicole Krull, 19, of Knox, arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery.

07/28/18 Kathleen Andrews, 24, of Culver, arrested on a preliminary charge of neglect of a dependent causing bodily injury.

07/29/18 John Allen, 34, of North Judson, arrested on a felony arrest warrant.

07/29/18 Katherine Merriman, 24, of Knox, arrested on a preliminary charge of unlawful possession or use of a legend drug or precursor.

07/29/18 Ashley Kuhn, 32, of Rochester, arrested on a misdemeanor arrest warrant.
