A North Judson man is dead after being struck by a semi last night on the Borman Expressway. Indiana State Police say a tractor-trailer driven by a 42-year-old Hammond man hit an unknown object around 9:45 p.m. on westbound 80/94 near the Ripley Street exit. Continue reading →
