Oregon-Davis School Board to Consider TRECS MOU, Softball Clubs Tonight

A system allowing government officials to collect unpaid debt by intercepting state income tax refunds will be discussed during tonight’s Oregon-Davis School Board meeting. A memorandum of understanding for the Tax Refund Exchange and Compliance System will be presented for the board’s approval. A similar agreement was approved by the Eastern Pulaski School Board earlier this month.

Pulaski County Commissioners to Revisit EMA Radio Equipment Move, Justice Center Fire Alarm

The Pulaski County Commissioners will continue discussing plans to move the Emergency Management Agency’s radio equipment to the former Winamac Masonic Lodge. Last month, Maintenance Supervisor Jeff Johnston suggested looking into whether the county’s DRMO funds could be used. That money comes from the sale of former military equipment owned by the county.
