Workers from the Indiana Department of Transportation are working on the Quigley Ditch Bridge on U.S. 35 in Winamac as part of a bridge replacement project. The project began on Monday, July 11th.
During the work, one lane of traffic will be guided along the bridge as directed by a temporary traffic signal. Long waits can be expected while work continues through the summer months. The work is expected to be completed by the end of October but the schedule is subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
The total cost of the project is $639,746.
