The Pulaski County Health Department is teaming up with Pulaski County Human Services to fight hunger this holiday season.
If you bring a non-perishable food item to the Pulaski County Health Department, you will receive $3.00 off for each child administration fee for vaccines now through November 30th. A non-perishable food item is needed for each vaccine the child is receiving to be discounted at the time of your appointment.
All items donated will be given to Human Services for use in holiday food baskets or in the food pantry. Canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, instant potatoes, and other necessary and holiday items are some of the suggested items to donate.
Donations will be accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to Noon and from 1:00-4:00 p.m. ET at the Health Department, 125 S. Riverside Dr. in Winamac. Call to schedule your child’s vaccination (574) 946-6080. Clinic days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
