IU Health Starke Hospital and Community Services of Starke County have partnered together to present the annual health fair.
You will be able to get free screenings including blood pressure, glucose, osteoporosis, oral cancer, and you will receive a take-home kit for colorectal cancer. Several booths will be set up in order for you to get more information on health and several representatives will be on hand to answer your questions.
You will receive a free gift just for attending. Refreshments will also be available.
