Cupcakes should be submitted from 9-10 a.m. and judging will take place from 10-10:30. The entry forms are available at the circulation desks of each of the branch libraries of Starke County Public Library System.
Finally, a video tour of the Starke County Courthouse will be presented on Thursday, April 18 from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Starke County Public Library, Knox branch. This will be presented by Starke County Historical Society President Jim Shilling and Vice President and Ron Vendl, and Ed Hasnerl, state-appointed Starke County Historian.
