Formal charges have been filed in Pulaski Circuit Court against Alexander McDaniel and Frank Wireman in an alleged burglary incident.
According to the police report filed into court documents, on Sept. 27 Winamac police arrested the pair after an officer identified a pick-up truck involved in a burglary incident. The officer reportedly located an air compressor in the back of the pick-up along with tools that were reported stolen.
The officer spoke to the driver, Frank Wireman, who was identified as a suspect in the alleged burglary along with a passenger, Alexander McDaniel. They were taken into custody and interviewed.

McDaniel allegedly admitted to taking an air compressor from outside a residence plus dog food from inside the residence. He also reportedly stated that he bought tools from a man who he didn’t personally know.
Wireman allegedly stated that he was asked to pick up tools.
