The Knox City Council will meet in a regular session tomorrow at 7 p.m. in Knox City Hall to discuss a number of items, including the proposed flood plan ordinance, revision of the fees ordinance for the planning commission, and a zoning ordinance amendment, as well as discussion with Neighborhood Development Associates regarding a feasibility study for Parkview Heights.
The agenda for the council meeting indicates the council will review a proposal regarding the feasibility study for the area in Knox, followed by the second reading of the proposed flood plan ordinance required by the state.
The council will also hold the first reading of the planning commission’s revised fees ordinance, and hear a proposed zoning ordinance amendment regarding outside storage. Finally, a purchase resolution will be made regarding lots in Parkview.
