The annual meeting of the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce and the Halleck Award Recognition Banquet will be held Saturday, March 8 at 6 p.m. ET at the Event Center in Winamac. Tickets are still available, but seating is limited so you are encouraged to reserve your ticket early.
Jacki Frain is this year’s H.J. Halleck Community Service recipient and she will be honored during this event. Frain is the Executive Director of Pulaski County Human Serices and has served on many community committees. She is a member of the Germanfest committee, a grant writer and administrator for the Pulaski County YMCA and oversees the Coordinated Local Assistance Service Project Toy Store. She is a recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash Award, which is the highest honor awarded to an Indiana citizen.
Frain’s husband, Dan, is a former Halleck Award winner. Jacki also currently has a seat on the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce board and serves on the Halleck Award committee.
In addition to the recognition of Frain, the organization of the year will be announced.
