The Knox City Council will meet Tuesday night with a full agenda.
Prior to the 7 p.m. regular meeting, the council members will hold an executive session to discuss the fireman’s insurance benefits.
Following the executive session, the board will hear an update on the move of the Starke County Museum from its Main Street location to the railroad right-of-way on U.S. 35.
At a prior meeting, Marvin McLaughlin from the Starke County Historical Society proposed leasing the right-of-way for $1 per year on a 99-year lease. Mayor Chambers said he would like to speak with the park board about the proposal before moving forward. An update will be provided at this meeting.
The council will also have the third and final reading of the revised fee ordinance, the third and final reading of the outside storage ordinance and review a planning commission and subdivision resolution.
The council will meet at Knox City Hall and the public is welcome to attend.
