Roll up your sleeve for a good cause at today’s Yellowstone Trail Festival. The American Red Cross is hosting a blood donation drive in Hamlet from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. today at the Starke County Fairgrounds.
Blood supplies have dipped as they often do in the summer, and donors are desperately needed. Potential donors must be in good health, weight at least 116 pounds and be at least 17, although 16 year olds can donate blood with parental consent.
