The former Walkerton Library director is scheduled to appear in federal court today. Scott Klingerman is accused of spending more than $40,000 worth of library funds on vacations, gas, car insurance and a health club membership.He’s charged with 10 counts of fraud, according to our reporting partners at WNDU-TV.
