The home sits on a 40 acre property just south of Winamac and features nearly 16,000 feet of living space. Indianapolis-based Encore Sotheby’s International is handling the listing.
The home is described as a property for “the accomplished entrepreneur who needs a retreat.” Amenities include helicopter landing on the property, a sprawling open floor plan with a glass elevator, an indoor pool and sauna with a bar and big screen, bedrooms with kitchenettes and full baths, a theater system with motion theater chairs and a five-car heated garage and outbuilding. The asking price is $2.5 million.
