A Knox native is the latest full-time addition to the North Judson Police Department. The town council recently approved the hiring of Officer Brack Rowe. He’s a graduate of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy and lives in Starke County with his wife and two children.
Other full-time members of the North Judson Police Department include Chief Doug Vessely, Chief Deputy Joe Budner and Patrolman Frank Thomas. Vessely says the department also utilizes part-time officers to cover vacations and sick days.
