A San Pierre man faces multiple felony charges in connection with a Tuesday afternoon hit-and-run accident in Pulaski County.
Ronald L. Dobson, 62, is alleged to have been driving a 2011 Ford Fiesta that struck a motorcycle driven by Dustin R. Campbell. The crash happened on State Road 39 near 700 North around 4:30 p.m.
Campbell was airlifted to a South Bend hospital from the crash site. Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney Daniel P. Murphy has filed aggravated battery and leaving the scene of an accident charges against Dobson. Pulaski County deputies arrested him Thursday afternoon.
Detectives from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office are still investigating, and additional charges may be filed against Dobson in Pulaski and Jasper Counties.
