Registered Republican voters who live within the Winamac town limits will decide between two town council candidates tonight. Incumbent Judy Heater and Rudy DeSabatine are seeking the same seat. A nominating convention will take place at 6 p.m. at the Winamac Nazarene Church. The winner of that contest will appear on the November General Election ballot.
