Formal charges are pending against a 30-year-old Knox man accused of having sex with a juvenile. Officers from the Knox Police Department arrested Charles A. Dixon on Friday, Oct. 23 following an investigation prompted by an Oct. 19 report to the Department of Child Services.
Dixon admitted to the allegations, according to information released by the police department. He’s jailed on three preliminary counts of sexual misconduct with a minor as a Level 4 felony.
