The Starke County Board of Zoning Appeals and Library Board are fully populated again after action this week by the council and commissioners.
The council appointed Democrat Mark Allen to the BZA. His term expires at the end of 2016. The commissioners selected Don White to serve through the end of this year. His appointment will automatically renew for an additional four years.
The council also filled a vacancy on the library board, naming Talia Reed to that position for a four-year term.
