A Wednesday afternoon traffic stop by Plymouth Police at the intersection of Pilgrim Lane and Western Avenue ended with arrests on drug and weapons charges and Starke County warrants.
The officer pulled a car driven by 19-year-old Cassie Minix of Knox over for a seatbelt violation, according to the police report, and saw drug paraphernalia in the back seat.
K9 Jax indicated the presence of narcotics in the car. A search also turned up a semi-automatic handgun, suspected methamphetamine, syringes and items used to make meth, according to the report.
Both passengers, 29-year-old Brandon Davidson of Plymouth and 21-year-old Dorsie Cooper of LaPorte, were wanted on Starke County warrants. All three were arrested.
