The Culver Schools Marketing Team hopes to receive a little help with getting its new logos out into the community. As part of the corporation’s agreement with VIP Branding, who created the logo family, an online Varsity Shop was created, which offers clothing and accessories featuring the new brand.
Now, VIP Branding is running a contest with the various schools’ online stores, in which corporations like Culver Schools have the chance to win some free marketing materials. The first prize is five light pole banners, which Culver’s marketing team says it would use in the schools’ parking lot. The second place winner will get 100 t-shirts, while the school corporation that comes in third will receive 250 window decals. According to information released by the Culver Schools Marketing Team Thursday, Culver Schools is currently in second place out of 500 schools.
The corporation’s marketing team has been working to raise funds for the purchase of marketing materials featuring the new brand. The branding effort is seen as a way for the corporation to control its image and potentially attract more families, at a time when per-student funding from the state has dropped.
