Knox Police arrested a pair of residents on drug charges Sunday after executing a search warrant at Super Value Inn on Danker Street as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation involving a tenant.
The officers reportedly found heroin and paraphernalia. They arrested 31-year-old Dennis Tharpe, 31 and 32-year-old Tamara Tanner on felony charges of possession of a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor counts of possession of paraphernalia.
