The North Judson-San Pierre School Board this week approved the hiring of a summer technology assistant to help with retrofitting and updates before school starts in the fall. The minimum wage employee will spend nine weeks assisting the school corporation’s technology coordinator with normal maintenance and updates. Additional work will be required due to the move of the sixth grade into the elementary school building and the administrative consolidation of the middle and high schools.
Interim Superintendent Dr. Robert Boyd suggested technology coordinator Billy Russell should look around for an outstanding student with technical aptitude to fill the position.
