After several months of work, the Town of North Judson has had its water tower grant officially approved. That’s according to North Judson Clerk-Treasurer Alicia Collins.
The funding from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs will cover maintenance work on the town’s two water towers. It also lays the groundwork for future improvements.
Commonwealth Engineers has been selected to do the work. They’ve proposed a $30,000 budget.
North Judson qualified for the grant based on the results of income surveys taken last year.
