The Oregon-Davis School Board will meet in special session Monday to hire a superintendent. Interim Superintendent Jim Dermody says no members of the public attended a statutory hearing on the proposed contract Monday evening.
It includes a base salary of $95,000 for each of the next three years, along with health, dental, vision, long-term disability and term life insurance.
The superintendent will receive 25 paid vacation days annually, along with 12 paid holidays, nine sick days and three personal business days.
O-D has been without a permanent superintendent since Greg Briles left in late December to take a job with another corporation. Jim Dermody has been serving in an interim capacity since January.
