An investigation by the Starke County Major Crimes Unit into possible narcotics dealing and possession leads to four arrests at a home in downtown Knox. Officers executed a search warrant yesterday at a residence in the 100 block of south Shield Street.
They found heroin and paraphernalia inside the residence, according to the incident report. Officers found three people inside the home. They were arrested, along with another man who was detained after leaving.
25-year-old Steven J. Soto of Knox, faces charges of dealing and possession of a narcotic drug along with resisting arrest and visiting a common nuisance.
25-year-old Constantino J. Furlano, and 19-year-old Nikole I. Scheib, both of Knox, are looking at possession of a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance charges.
The fourth defendant, 25-year-old Gary A. Hogge of Knox, faces charges of dealing a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance.
