Knox should have a revamped website soon following action Tuesday by the city council. They approved the hiring of Brian Pinson to redesign the site. He’s charging the city $1,500 and should have the updates done by mid-August. City officials want to make the site more user-friendly for residents and visitors. After the overhaul is complete, the city will pay $50 per month to maintain the site. Any additional pages can be added for an hourly fee.
Money for the project will come from the cumulative capital computer maintenance fund.
