The Oregon-Davis School Board is working on a strategic plan for the corporation’s facilities. Superintendent Don Harman says they’re meeting in special session on Monday, Sept. 26th at 6:30 p.m. to begin that discussion of needs and how to fund them.
“It’s just like owning a house. You know when you might need to replace the roof or you might need a new washer and dryer or you might need a new furnace or new carpet. Those are the things that we have to start with when we look at our facilities. What are the things that need to be addressed again in the next year, five years, 10 years and beyond.”
Harman says the board members will tour the facilities during a work session following their special-called meeting.
