The Oregon-Davis School Board will meet in special session tonight to approve a teacher contract for the current school year. That’s one of the items on the agenda for the 6 p.m. meeting at the administration building. Members will also discuss Hoosier Funds and consider a request to move the December board meeting from the 12th to the 19th at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting will be followed by a work session, during which board members will tour the facilities. Superintendent Don Harman says that’s a first step in crafting a strategic plan for near, mid and long-term repairs and upgrades. The school board will also discuss the school calendar during the work session. It is open to the public, but no formal action can be taken outside a convened meeting.
