The Oregon-Davis School Corporation is making it easier for staff members to obtain their CPR certification. Superintendent Don Harman says the corporation encourages them to take part in an offering approved by the school board Monday night.
“We pay for our employees to get their CPR training,” he said. “We are looking at having two days, an after school time and a Saturday. We encourage our employees to get CPR training, then we pay for their training, their certification.”
Harman says CPR training is encouraged but not required for bus drivers, secretaries and aides.
