Students at the SCILL Center will once again offer assistance to elderly and disabled Knox residents this fall by raking leaves as part of a community service project. The students will take care of up to 15 properties on a first-come, first-served basis.
Interested residents can call the mayor’s office at 574-772-4553 in order to get on the list. The cutoff for doing so is Friday, Nov. 4. A date for the leaf raking has not been set. Once it is, the mayor’s office will contact those who have signed up.
